I'm the [private] of the computer software known as Chevereto, for which I have a paid version named "Chevereto" released under a proprietary license at https://chevereto.com and a Free Software fork named "Chevereto-Free" at https://github.com/rodber/Chevereto-Free

Chevereto's proprietary code has been added to a Chevereto-Free fork without my permission or consent. An user took the Free Software fork and added the paid version code to it and distributed these changes under a different license.

They took Chevereto proprietary libraries like Storage, Queue, Login, etc. Here the evidence: https://github.com/Nyarime/Chevereto-China/tree/2.0/app/lib/classes

They purchased a license which got them access to the paid version code. From there, they manually added the code to the Chevereto-Free fork and then make this code available for everyone.

**Have you searched for any forks of the allegedly infringing files or repositories? Each fork is a distinct repository and must be identified separately if you believe it is infringing and wish to have it taken down.**
