Kei c14071457d Rework build steps & small icons
- Rework how the package is built
- Added small icons view mode
- Fixed view mode not being saved
- Reverted DSiWare support (User is notified instead)
- Autoboot files are now part of the repo
- Added option to force DS-Only mode.
- Added new default theme
