Bill Wendling 56aecccee0 Initial cleanups of the param-attribute code in the bitcode reader/writer. ... Rename the PARAMATTR_CODE_ENTRY to PARAMATTR_CODE_ENTRY_OLD. It will be replaced by another encoding.
