Armando Montanez 4cc2113114 [TextAPI][elfabi] Fix YAML support for weak symbols ... Weak symbols are supposed to be supported in the ELF TextAPI implementation, but the YAML handler didn't read or write the `Weak` member of ELFSymbol.
