5c4273620d [OPENMP]Improve detection of number of teams, threads in target 
regions.

Added more complex analysis for number of teams and number of threads in
the target regions, also merged related common code between CGOpenMPRuntime
and CGOpenMPRuntimeNVPTX classes.

a8a9153a37 [OPENMP] Support for -fopenmp-simd option with compilation of simd loops 
only.

Added support for -fopenmp-simd option that allows compilation of
simd-based constructs without emission of OpenMP runtime calls.
