73d7736b17 misched: Added MultiIssueItineraries. 
This allows a subtarget to explicitly specify the issue width and
other properties without providing pipeline stage details for every
instruction.

52226d409b misched preparation: rename core scheduler methods for consistency. 
We had half the API with one convention, half with another. Now was a
good time to clean it up.

d06df96a7c VLIW specific scheduler framework that utilizes deterministic finite automaton (DFA). 
This new scheduler plugs into the existing selection DAG scheduling framework. It is a top-down critical path scheduler that tracks register pressure and uses a DFA for pipeline modeling.
