Frederic Riss	7305397a14	TestFunctionStarts.py: add synchronization ... We have started to see the no_binary version of this test fail. The reason is that the binary was being removed before the spawn actually launched the inferior. Jim Ingham	8a5d7a2784	Fix a little thinko in generating ___lldb_unnamed_symbol symbols ... when we have only an in-memory copy of the binary.
