7c7ea7d0ae [clang-tools-extra] Format sources with clang-format. NFC. 
Summary:
Ran clang-format on all .c/.cpp/.h files in clang-tools-extra.
Excluded the test, unittests, clang-reorder-fields, include-fixer, modularize and pptrace directories.

d7f2a35cac [clang-tidy] Bugfix for readability-redundant-control-flow check 
This check did not create FixItHints when the statement before the redundant
control flow was not followed by a semicolon.

c3975b7d6a Add a new check, readability-redundant-control-flow, that check for some forms of redundant control flow statements. Currently checks for return statements at the end of a function with a void return type and continue statements at the end of looping statements.
