David Korth 6ff4efda18 [extlib] CMakeLists.txt: minigzip_cmd -> minigzip_cli; minizip_cmd -> minizip_cli ... Without this renaming, these binaries are built automatically, even though we don't need them most of the time. With this renaming, they'll only be built if the user explicitly specifies that they should be built.
