[rpcli] rpcli.cpp: Fix two errors introduced since switching over to vt.cpp.

Browse Source 
- DoFile(): JSON errors should be printed to stdout, not stderr.

- _tmain(): Remove an extra newline after the `default:` case's
  "skipping unknown switch" message.
