- **[Psi License](psi_license.md)**

A "license" for a Minecraft mod that doesn't even claim to be enforceable (stating that if you violate it you'd be a "jerk" and "you don't want to be a jerk, do you?"). It claims to be open source, but at the same time does not allow commercial use, and even disallows modification for some parts of the software (the "Psi API"). Supposedly allows redistribution under "similar" copyleft terms, whatever that means. [Source](https://psi.vazkii.net/license.php)

A "reasonably open" license that isn't actually open-source due to a non-commercial distribution restriction and a restriction on modifying parts of the API, but at the same time the license requires any modified versions to be released under an open-source license, which by definition would have to be a different license that's actually open-source!
