* Add support for reading firmware.frm from root of DLDI storage or scfw
folder on storage if DLDI access is avilable. Built in firmware.frm can
still be used if DLDI access fails or the files are not found.
* Add error message for anyone crazy enough to run this on a DSi or 3DS.
