ApacheThunder f9251ba0ce Implement second SRAM bank for SuperCards.
* Implemented unused second SRAM bank for SuperCards for storing
GBA-Exploader metadata. Note that game patches are not yet updated for
this so games like Pokémon can't use it yet.
